Dr Manab Sarma ( B.V.Sc & A.H), joined the team in Mauritius in March 2008. Having received his professional degree in Veterinary Sciences and Animal Husbandry from the Faculty of Veterinary Sciences, Khanapara, Assam, India, he joined the Institute of Human Reproduction, Guwahati in 1999 as a senior IVF scientist and started working in the field of Human Reproduction, where he was trained on IVF, ICSI and Assisted Hatching by Dr. A.K. Mukherjee - Harley Street Fertility Centre London and Dr J. Catt - Sydney Australia.
For the last 7 years, he has gained extensive experience, having carried out more than 1500 IVF/ICSI treatments.
With his joining us in Mauritius, the Fertility Centre expansion plans include the provision of new techniques in freezing of eggs and embryos, chromosome screening of embryos, and pre natal testing of pregnancies.. |
